Easy Image Capture

Our own purpose-built digital interface makes creating outstanding, true color images of megapixel resolution an incredibly simple and efficient process. You’ll be able to grab hundreds of images in a single session. A live histogram allows you to adjust the system to ensure no image data is wasted, giving guaranteed high quality images.

Increased Efficiency with Hands Free Control

Practical ergonomic design of the user interface includes support for an included footswitch that provides unique image capture control leaving your hands free to control your microscope.

Superb Low Light Images

Obtain low noise, high resolution images of fluorescent and other low light applications such as DIC and phase contrast. AcQuis provides the finest quality images; users claim they are often superior to images produced by systems costing five times as much. This is achieved by the use of a high resolution 3-chip color camera, which provides outstanding spatial resolution and sharpness. The camera attaches to your existing microscope, and is specially controlled by AcQuis to integrate over user-definable periods. Real-time filters automatically remove noise from the image to produce superb quality, sharp images even over long exposures. Different color bands can be made live or frozen to aid intensity balancing of multiple fluorochromes.

Annotation, Calibration and Enhancement Tools

A microscope imaging toolbox featuring a diverse range of useful and relevant functions provides facilities for calibrating the image and adding annotations such as scale bars. Annotation files are independently stored, and you can even store calibrations for each magnification. A suite of enhancement tools allows you to prepare the very best image for publication or archiving.

Storage and Archiving

Archive as you save with the powerful Treasury image database which dynamically updates as the images are created. Records can include text, numbers and other images and data stored in other formats such as Word reports or Excel spreadsheets. Records can be instantly retrieved from anywhere on the network for review, comparison and printing.
